The inaugural Brōdūil Art Open Call is now closed. Thank you to all who have submitted.

The Brōdūil Art Open Call ran from 14th March to 24th April 2022 and received over 100 submissions from dozens of LGBTQIA+ artists around Ireland.

Launching in June 2022, to coincide with Pride, a selection of 15 artworks from the Brōdūil Art Open Call will be produced as A3 prints and will be made available to purchase from the Brōdūil Art Store exclusively between June 1st – 30th.

Timeline


The Open Call began on 14th March 2022.

The Open Call closed on 24th April 2022.

Only successful artists will be contacted from 25th April 2022.

Prints will only be available to purchase 1st – 30th June 2022.


Terms & Conditions


Submissions were free of charge.

Submissions were open to LGBTQIA+ artists living and working in Ireland.

Artists could submit as many times as they would like.

Submission were required in be in A3 dimensions (297mm x 420mm or 420mm x 297mm).

Submissions must be digitised or ready to print. i.e. digital artwork, photography, scanned paintings or drawings etc. Unfortunately, any physical artworks will not be accepted for this open call.

Only successful artists will be contacted following the outcome of their submission.

Successful submissions will be produced as an exclusive edition of A3 prints for sale in June 2022.

These exclusive prints will go on sale on the Brōdūil Art Store only for the month of June, 1st – 30th.

Artists will be paid a percentage of their respective print sales.
