Artist

Alli McKee is a queer trans artist and small business owner. he creates affirming and inclusive designs which he sells in the form of pin badges, prints and jewellery through his small business, In Rainbows.

His work largely falls under the categories of digital illustration and graphic design, however he also enjoys experimenting with other media such as printmaking, embroidery and collage.

The artwork for Brōdūil is a play on the children’s nursery rhyme about magpies, citing two of the birds as a symbol of joy. The aim of the piece, as with such of his work, is to spark joy in any queer individual who sees it.
